Hello Cardmaking Fans!
Here today on the blog
to share these fun ATC cards.
What is an ATC
ATC are Artist trading
cards.
These cards have a
strict dimension of 2 1/2 inches wide by 3 1/2 inches long.
There are no rules for
making these cards, and….
you can use whatever Medium
that you choose.
These cards are for trade
only with other artists.
Designing the ATC
To start my ATC's I
decided on foil for the background.
I use the Retro Mix
Toner Card Front along with Bronze Foil.
I then took my spent
piece of foil and the NEW
and sent these items
through my machine.
This Solid Black Toner Card Front is a game changer!
You can use up your
spent foil for a second card front.
Once my foil pieces
were cooled, I cut them down to the appropriate ATC card size.
For my images I used:
Puppy’s Mix Tape and Newton's Mix
Tape
These images are the
perfect size to fit on the front of an ATC.
After stamping and
coloring my images, I then die cutting the images out using the coordinating dies,
I added my images to
the front of my ATC card.
I also used some of
the music note stamps on the front to add interest.
To Finish my ATC cards I added matching gems to add a bit of sparkle.
I hope this encourages you to try ATC Cards for yourself.
Stay Crafty Everyone!
Thanks so much for stopping by.
