Also!!

It is STAMPtember!

Our month-long celebration of all things stamping

Here is my take on this challenge.

For this card I used the following product

Mushroom in my Heart Clear Stamp Set

Wonky Windows #1

I also used other assorted items listed below.

This card starts off with the Wonky Windows #1 die.

I had a crazy idea.

I cut 3/4-inch strips of Lipstick red and #120 white cardstock and glued

them down to a third piece of thin basic white card stock.

Once die cut out, I realized how super cut this frame was

and it sparked the idea for the rest of the card.

I stamped and colored out my image that I was going to use next.

I created a card base using Sea Glass Cardstock.

To the front of this I added my Wonky Windows #1 die that I created.

Then I just fussy- cut and layered on all my images.

The hardest part of this card was stamping the sentiment on the small corner panel.

I did end up stamping and coloring more flowers to add in the background.

I finished this card by adding some white gems and a bit of Glossy accents

This completes my take on Anything Goes

Featuring Whimsy Stamps

Inky Paw's Challenge 183 - Sketch Challenge

 Hello Inky Paws Fans!

We have a NEW challenge coming your way.

For this challenge I used the following Newton’s Nook Design’s product.

Spooky Skeletons

Banner Trio Die Set

Bookmark Die Set

Halloween Meows 6x6 Paper Pad

Using the Sketch theme, I created this card.

This card was so fun to make!

I started with a card base of black card stock.

I cut a piece of the Halloween Meows 6x6 Paper Pad to fit on top

leaving a small boarder around the edge.

I went on a search of my cardstock stash to get paper to

closely match the colors the candies on the printed paper.

I used one of the banners in the Banner Trio Die Set

to cut out my background banners with the paper I chose.

To create the tag element, I used the Bookmark Die Set

and die cut this out full size with white cardstock.

To resize the bookmark to be more like a tag, I realigned

the bookmark inside the die to cut off the bottom part.

Next, I stamped and die cut my images the Spooky Skeletons.

I mocked up where I wanted my images to be on the tag

and decided the tag needed a bit of color.

Using the star stamp from Spooky Skeletons and matching Distress colors

I stamped stars around my images.

To finish up the card, I attached my banners to the card front.

Created a sentiment for the front of the tag.

I added my stamped images to the tag with foam tape.

Tied on a bit of black and white twine to the tag and glued the tag to the front of the card.

This completes my card for this challenge

I Hope this gives you a bit of inspiration for your next project.

Card + Matching Envelope - Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge

THIS WEEK’S THEME AT THE

Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge

Card + Matching Envelope

Featuring products by

Altenew

You do not have to use the featured company to join in.

But… If you have some of their product in your stash

We would LOVE to see them used.

Also!!

It is STAMPtember!

Our month-long celebration of all things stamping

Here is my take on this challenge.

For this card I used the following product

Altenew Watercolor Striped Stencil

Gold Foil Paint Drip Washi Tape.

I also used other assorted items listed below.

This was such a fun card to make!

I started with the stencil.

I decided on Uncharted Mariner and Salvage Patina for my oxide colors.

Using the stencil and white cardstock, I started with the dark color on the top,

and slowly blended down to the lighter color.

When I lifted the stencil up!  Such a good color combo!

I ended up inking a few more of these panels to use for the envelope.

I set my panel aside to dry and worked with the washi tape.

This was simple

I attached strips of washi tape to white cardstock making

sure, that the larger drips were NOT lined up.

Once everything was good, I die cut out with my favorite heart die.

I created a card base using Audrey Blue cardstock.

I cut down my stenciled card front to fit on my base.

I also added my drippy heart to the front with foam tape.

I need a bit more for this card and I just received the “Say it in Spanish” Stamp and die set.

I stamp out a sentiment and used the die to cut it out.

I also used the “Big Bold Shapes” Stamp set.

I stamped out the striped heart with clear embossing ink and add on gold embossing powder.

Once that was heat set, I die cut out with a smaller heart.

I added my sentiment and heart the front of the card.

I also add some gold sequins.

For the envelope:

I stared with an Audrey Blue envelope.

The lower half of the envelope I added the gold drip washi tape.

I cut a simple rectangle out of white card stock for my address panel.

using one of the extra inked panels that I created earlier,

I die cut out with the same heart I used for my card front.

I also die cut out another gold striped heart front the leftovers that I had.

Just for fun I also added on a gold sequin.

This completes my take on Card + Matching Envelope

Inky Paw's Challenge 182 - Color Challenge

Hello Inky Paws Fans!

We are at the halfway point of this current challenge.

For this challenge I used the following Newton’s Nook Design’s product.

Autumn Oval

Oval Frames Die

Frames and Flags Die

Using the color theme, I created this card.

Hello Everyone!

I have a quick and simple card for this week’s inspiration.

this card starts with the background.

I chose three cardstocks from my stash that closely resemble the challenge colors.

I cut each cardstock into a 1 ¾ inch wide strip.

I glued those strips onto a piece of lightweight white cardstock.

Once the glue strips were dry, I lined up my scalloped rectangle from

the Frames and Flags Die and ran everything thru my die cutting machine.

With the card front now complete, I stamped out the Autumn Oval and colored in the image.

I die cut out my colored image using the Oval Frames Die and glued this to the front of the card.

To complete this card, I created a card base using the scalloped rectangle die.

I also add on some black gems for a bit of bling when the card is moved.

This completes my take on this fun challenge.

I Hope this gives you a bit of inspiration for your next project.
