Our month-long celebration of all things stamping

Here is my take on this challenge.

For this card I used the following product

Holiday Ornaments Stamp Set

I also used other assorted items listed below.

I LOVE PEPPERMINT!

 When I saw the peppermint stamp inside of the stamp set, I was excited.

I got out my favorite red and white paper and started stamping.

At first, I stamped a random pattern, but I did not like the way that it looked.

Next, I stamped the peppermints in a row, and this is what sparked the idea for this card.

Once everything was stamped, I cut up the paper into strips

I created a card front in a slimline size and glued the strips to it.

I placed that card front onto a card base that I created.

I knew that I wanted to use the “Happy Holidays” sentiment that comes in the stamp set.

This sentiment is quite large, and did not have a banner die that big, so I just made

 a banner using a ¾ strip of black cardstock notched at the end.

I stamped the sentiment on, and heat set with white embossing powder.

To finish this card, I added the banner to the front, and shimmer pent to the white strips, and some gems to add bling.

 This completes my take on Stamp IT
