love life

Hey Everyone!
Today I have a fun little card for the Lawn Fawnatics Challenge.

From the inspiration board above,
I created this fun card inspired by the red watering can.

The idea for this card came from a fun fact that I had read
that a bee could lift more than half of their weight in nectar.
My bee has chosen to help the birds out with a great shower.
The stamps that I used for this card are listed below.

Thanks so much for stopping by.

celebrate today

Hey everyone !
Getting my paws inky today with a card for the
INKY PAWS CHALLENGE

This time we have a color challenge with a lovely choice of colors.
When I saw theses colors only one stamp set popped into my head.

I started out by creating a shaped card for the base of the card.
I stamped my flowers and colored them in using the suggested colors.
Then die cut the flowers out using the coordinating dies.
A  foam backer helps to make my flower wreath pop up.

Thanks for stopping by.
Hope your week is a good one.

Driving me wild!

Hey Everyone
This one is for my Husband.
Not because it's an Anniversary or a birthday.
This is because he is literally driving me wild with his crazy
mid-life "my kids don't call me" antics.
So what's a wife to do?
Go in her happy girl space,
Make a card and enter it in the
Lawn Fawnatics Challenge
Black, White, and Bright

So much for sympathy
He will be OK.  Guys work things out different then us girls.
When I am finished with this post I will make him a nice dinner and all will be well.

Hey Everyone!
Life has been overwhelming lately
Nothing like a good Sketch Challenge to decompress put the zen back!

The current Inky Paws Challenge is just the ticket.

and it is the perfect sentintiment
for how I am feeling .

The bright colors on this card help to raise up my spirits, and
nothing puts back" The Chi " quicker then embossing power and die-cuts.

AND....Now I feel better!
I hope that you enjoyed my card and mini therapy session.
Thanks for stopping by.

Thanks so much!

Hey everyone!
Coming to you today with a card for the LawnFawnatics Challenge.
Black, White, and Bright!
For this challenge, A shaped card. I LOVE shaped cards.
I think we all should do more shaped cards.
Although, sometimes technically challenging a shaped card
is always, in the end interesting and different.

It's a simple card but, the pop of color is what makes it stand out.
For this card I brought out an old friend to add some small details.
Crackle Accents!

Remember him?
I love the way this looks when it is dry.
The more you put on the better the texture.
Just a quick simple card for this rainy day.
