Hello and Welcome!
My
name is Diane Morales, and I am so excited to
show
you what I create for the Holiday Sparkle Blog Hop
Using
the Peace Earth Stamp Set, I created this fun card for the hop.
To
start this card, I positioned the larger stars in the stamp set on a stamping
block.
I
used Simon Clear Embossing ink and Slate cardstock and stamped on the stars all
over my paper.
Then I covered my stars with Platinum Embossing powder and heat set.
Once
everything was cool to the touch, I used my favorite nesting circle die and die
cut my card front.
I also
used my nesting circle dies and slate cardstock to create a card base.
I attached
my card front to my base and set the card aside to dry.
Next,
I stamped the dove and branch from the stamp set.
After
I colored everything in, I fussy cut out the image.
I also stamped the “Peace On Earth” onto
white heavyweight card stock and created a
simple banner.
To complete this card, I adhered my banner/sentiment
to the front of the card with foam tape.
I also
placed the dove slightly over the banner with foam tape
