I am happy to be here
to share this fun bright and bold card with you.
For
2025 I am on a quest to use up the old card stock that has been sitting around
in my studio.
I have a bunch of odd pieces, and this green texture paper
was one of them.
Usually what I do is grab a piece of card stock and a
stencil
that I have not used in a while and see if I can make some
magic.
In this case that with lime green card stock with Faded
Jeans Distress Oxide
and Mug Stencil was a winner!
After cutting down this background and placing it on a matching card base,
I decided to break the colors up a bit.
I used white card stock, and the Scallop Frame Die from Framework Die Set
This is attached to the front of the card with foam tape.
My stamp set of choice Coffee Delights
I chose equally bold colors when coloring my coffee cups.
And I used a stitched circle from Circle Frames Die for
my sentiment.
I add a bit of Stickles to the front of the coffee cups to
finish this card.
This card turned out to be a fantastically bold card that
came from scraps.
Highly encourage you to dig through your scraps and see
what you can find.
Thanks for stopping by
Stay crafty, my friends!
Diane
