Time for a NEW Inky Paw’s Challenge!
Ready to see spots!
I am struggling with a craft rut lately.
Everybody goes thru ruts where nothing inspires you or everything
is boring.
I’m not sure HOW I came up with the idea to make my own
polka dots.
Maybe it was just the desire to create something from scratch.
I told myself to just try, and I love the results!
First thing you need is this pencil or one like it, with
a FLAT ERASER!
I chose random
bright colors and just started laying down dots.
I know my dots are not perfect and my lines are wonky,
that OK!
This is about being creative and having FUN!
I used Distress Oxide Ink
This MUST BE heat
set or you dots will smear!
When my dots dried, I used Newton’s Crafty Cardio Stamp Set
I colored my stamped images to match the background.
The whole card has a kind of 80’s flair to it!
Bright and cheerful!
