Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge
You do not
have to use the featured company to join in.
But… If you
have some of their product in your stash
We would
LOVE to see them used.
Here is my take on this challenge.
My Crafty Items of choice for this challenge are:
Slide on Over Circles Lawn Cuts
So excited
to share all the fun elements on this card with you.
All set up in my new space in Oregon.
The whole move from Texas took a bit longer
than expected so I was in a rush for time.
Good thing that the Slide on Over Circles Lawn
Cuts by Lawn Fawn does all the work.
I was able to create a slider card in no time
at all!
I started with Black cardstock and die cut out
all the parts for my slider.
I splatted all those parts with Prize Ribbon Distress
Paint creating a space looking effect.
Next, I stamped, colored and die- cut all my
parts for the cards.
I had to check out a few YouTube videos to remind myself how to assemble an interactive card.
Once I felt confident, I stared the assembly process
and hoped for the best.
For the first time in my card making career everything
assembled well.
Including the sentiment that I added to the
center of my card.
One thing that made this super easy was the Gliders that
I purchased from Simon Says Stamp that I linked blow.
With these little plastic pieces, it was so much easier to get my card to slide.
For the finishing touches for this card, I added
on stars and the party planet.
I added a dab of Crystal Stickles here and
there to add sparkle when the card hits the light.
Featuring LAWN FAWN
I almost
forgot the good news!
