NO Stamps Allowed - Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge

Here at the

This week is for the die-cutters and stencil lovers out there.

NO STAMPS ALLOWED is the challenge!

Featuring (NO) Stamps by Spellbinders.

You do not have to use featured company to join in.

But if you have some of their product in your stash,

we would LOVE to see them used.

It is also STAMPtember!

A month-long celebration of all things stamping and crafty!

Here is the die I used for this challenge.

Spellbinders Spooky Boo Etched Die

This is what I created!

I chose to keep this card all about the paper and dies

I started out with card stock by Simon Says Stamp

Cream Off White

Orange Peel

And

Black Black8

are my color choices.

I started by creating a standard A2 card by using my

Rectangle Basic Set by Memory Box

Once that was finished, I cut ¼ inch and ½ strips of each color of paper.

I also cut a 3-inch strip of paper of each color.

I did not have a plan for the background, I just started laying down strips of paper.

Finally, I settled on this pattern.

Once that was done, I created a base for my sentiment using the

Cream Off White card stock by Simon Says Stamp and some Fun Foam.

Finally, I added my die cuts.

The “HEY BOO” I die cut out three times and glued the pieces together.

I also added a spiderweb and three cute little spiders.

I finished my card by using my Uni-Ball White Gel Pen and added some

“eyes” on my spider and boo.

And that completes my take on a NO stamps allowed

I almost forgot the good news!
