Love Is In The Air - Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge

Here is my take on this challenge.

The Simon Says Stamp February Card Kit is SO AMAZING!

The featured stamp set is the Love You Beary Much Stamp Set.

I just LOVE all the word play in this stamp set.

I chose to take the x’s and o’s on the stamp set and create my background.

All the was required was some Versamark Ink and Soft Navy Cardstock.

While I waited for the ink to dry, I stamped and colored the bear with my favorite markers.

Since there are no dies for this set (yet) I had to fussy cut the bear out.

I added my sentiment to the front of the bear with white embossing powder.

I created a card base using the Soft Navy Cardstock.

I die cut my x’s and o’s piece that I created using the

 Stitched Rectangles Die Set and adhere it to the front of my card.

Since I am not fond of traditional valentine colors, I used a heart die from

my stash and the Happy Trails 6x6 Paper by My Favorite Things to create the heart on the front.

I used Lipstick Red Cardstock and some smaller dies from my stash

 to create the smaller accent hearts.

That completes my take on LOVE IS IN THE AIR
