Here
at the Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge
Featuring
products by TIM HOLTZ
You do not have to use
the featured company to join in.
If you have some of
their product in your stash?
We would LOVE to see
them used.
Here is my take on
this challenge.
Thumbing through my Tim Holtz stash for this challenge,
I Came
upon the Snarky Cat and the Crazy Things Stamp Set.
The
most perfect crazy idea came to mind.
Snarky
Cat as an Easter Bunny!
To start, I colored my Snarky Cat and extras… a
lot of extras!
I kept
the colors very spring like and bright.
For the
background I used the Bubbling Thinlits Die
and Kitsch Flamingo and Salty Ocean Distress Ink.
Ink
blending right over the top of the die cut and onto some cream cardstock.
I just love the results!
The variation
of purple the that blend of the two colors created is everything!
Finally,
I assembled all my pieces on top of the background.
I used fun foam here and there to prop things up.
To finish
I add on one of the statement sentiments that came in the Stamp Set.
I also
add drops of Glossy Accents and Gel Pen for texture.
That completes my take on ANYTHING GOES
I almost forgot the good news!
The lovely folks over at Simon Says Stamp are
generously giving away
a FABULOUS $25 voucher to shop
