We are CREATING A SCENE
featuring
products by Lavinia Stamp
You
do not have to use the featured company to join in.
If
you have some of their product in your stash,
We
would LOVE to see them used.
Here
is my take on this challenge.
for something to use for this challenge I came upon the PODS Stencil.
I
was struck by the organic and kelp-like look of the stencil.
A perfect for a background for fish.
I
also found the FLO clear stamp
I
started my card by stamping my fishes.
and
Salty Ocean Distress Oxide
Ink are colors of choice.
Next,
I Placed the PODS Stencil over the fish and taped everything down.
My
color choice for the background is Hickory Smoke
Distress Oxide Ink.
I
added enough ink to make my background stand out.
To
finish up my card, I removed the making paper on my fish,
cut down my card to even out my edges and create
a card base
from
a piece of Neenah Desert Storm Card Stock.
and
a sentiment strip from the Thinking of You Collection by Simon Says Stamp.
That completes my
take on CREATE A SCENE
I almost forgot the good news!
