SUMMERTIME BLUES

Here is my take on this challenge.

For this card I used the following product

I also used other assorted items listed below.

To start this card, I created a card base with Soft Navy Cardstock.

I LOVE the stripes in the six-by-six paper pad!

I cut a 2-inch strip for the background and added this to the card front.

The popsicle paper also stood out.

I used my nesting Oval dies and die cut a piece of this.

I also die cut two ovals out of white card stock.

This will create a stiff oval for my card front.

Next, I stamped my sentiments from the “Life is a Party” Stamp Set.

I do not have the dies for this set so I carefully fussy cut around

 the sentiment and trimming down the sentiment strip.

I added the oval I created to the front of the card and then the sentiment with foam tape.

To finish this card, I added on a fe matching pearls.

This completes my take on SUMMERTIME BLUES
